Terms & Conditions

- Physical orders can take up to six weeks for completion. Digital images delivery is 7 days.

- All images are copyright of Together in Time Photography Ltd and cannot be reproduced without permission.
 
- Promotional products may display a Together in Time Photography Ltd logo in the bottom right corner of the image. 

- In order to reduce the use of plastic materials (such as USB sticks) we will supply your digital images as a download via e-mail. Recordable media is available on request during the viewing.

- Your product may appear slightly different in colour on wall art or prints compared to the digital image selected in the viewing session. This is because of the calibration of different computers.

- We may wish to use your images for promotional purposes and reserve the right to do so unless requested otherwise at the time of your viewing session.

- All goods remain the property of Together in Time Photography Ltd until paid for in full.

- In the unlikely event that any compensation is due for any unforeseen circumstances, compensation will be paid in product not cash.

- All orders are final and by agreeing purchase you agree to all terms stated.

- Together in Time Photography Ltd is open 5 days a week by appointment only. 

- P&P is chargeable at £7 for prints up to an A4 size and £15 for sizes up to A3 and is sent for recorded delivery via Royal Mail. Wall art postage is £25 delivered via courier.

- Due to limited storage space we are only able to keep the physical orders for 18 weeks from your appointment date.

- If your session type requires multiple appointments with us (Watch me Grow/My First Year, Bump-to-baby) you agree that all the image upgrades from low-resolution through to fully printable files will be given at the last session unless purchase is made.

 

- £35 refundable deposit is required to secure any booking (photoshoot or ordering session). We operate a 72 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy. We require another deposit to secure your next appointment if you ask us to reschedule your booking with less than 72 hours notice or don't show up.
